1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the DellSide service, you agree to the terms of this user agreement. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
DellSide provides software (client) for Minecraft. The service includes: • Access to the client with various modules • Technical support • Regular updates • Subscription management system
3. Registration and Account
When registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate information • Not share account access with third parties • Ensure password security • Immediately report unauthorized account access
4. Subscription and Payment
• All prices are listed on the pricing page • Payment is made through secure payment systems • Refunds are possible within 24 hours of purchase in case of technical issues • Subscription is activated automatically after successful payment • Subscription cancellation does not result in a refund for the unused period
5. Usage Rules
Prohibited: • Using the client to violate Minecraft server rules • Distributing, selling, or transferring the client to third parties • Attempting to hack, decompile, or modify the client • Using one account on multiple devices simultaneously • Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
6. HWID Binding
• The client is bound to hardware (HWID) for protection against unauthorized use • HWID reset is available a limited number of times • Additional resets can be purchased separately • We are not responsible for loss of access when changing hardware without available resets
7. Liability
• We are not responsible for bans on Minecraft servers • The service is provided "as is" without warranties • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service operation • The user bears full responsibility for using the client
8. Access Termination
We reserve the right to: • Block an account for rule violations • Terminate service provision without explanation • Change client functionality • Change subscription terms with user notification
9. Intellectual Property
All rights to the DellSide client belong to the developers. Prohibited: • Copying code or design • Creating derivative products • Using the DellSide trademark
10. Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to change this agreement. We will notify you of changes via Discord or email. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
